An evening at Villa Bismarck

There are places where the setting has a story before the guests arrive. Villa Bismarck, perched above the sea on Capri, is one of them. For an exceptional private evening, ELEVARE111 was present and served to the villa’s distinguished guests, adding a considered detail to a house already full of art, music and memory.

The villa’s story reaches back to imperial Rome. Its site is associated with Emperor Tiberius’s time on Capri, and Roman-era walls remain visible. Centuries later, Mona von Bismarck, the style icon and patron of the arts, made the house her own.

Art, music and the villa’s enduring character

This was the first event of this magnitude to take place at Villa Bismarck in 50 years. The sense of occasion was unmistakable: the lift, the chandelier-lit rooms, the white grand piano and the distinctive mosaic floors all formed part of the evening’s setting. The photographs preserve three moments from inside the house, including ELEVARE111 in the company of its guests.

For us, being present here speaks to a simple idea. The details chosen for a table or a gathering should feel as considered as the place itself. Capri gave this evening its setting; Villa Bismarck gave it its history; ELEVARE111 was proud to be part of the moment.
